Capabilities · OEM & ODM
From a spec list to a production run.
We are a factory with a design team, not a parts trader. BIOS, silkscreen, I/O and mechanical changes are quotable work, and the sample is one piece.

How customization works
One quote, four answers.
A feasibility note on your changes, a lead time, a test plan and a price. One reply, not four emails.
- 01Feasibility per change
- 02Lead time, 7 to 30 days
- 03Test plan for your criteria
- 04Price and payment terms
02 · Project flow
Four gates between your idea and your inventory.
Every customization, small or deep, walks the same gate sequence. Nothing ships straight from a whiteboard.

Your spec list is reviewed against the board family: CPU options, BIOS settings, I/O, heatsink and mechanical fit.
Prototype
Units built and configured to your parameters, for your enclosure and your environment, not ours.
DVT
Wide-temperature, wide-voltage and duty-cycle runs on the final configuration before the batch is signed off.
Production
Batched builds with burn-in and outgoing QC. Deeper custom cycles are quoted up front.
03 · A parametric project
What a customization actually looks like.
A kiosk integrator in North America needed a NUC-class board that booted their logo, exposed two extra COM ports and carried a 4G M.2 option for sites without fixed lines.
Custom boot logo, watchdog defaults and COM mapping, revision-locked.
Two extra COM ports routed on the standard board.
4G M.2 option populated per the approved BOM.
Batch burned, CE and FCC documents on request, FOB Shenzhen.
