3.5-inch wide industrial motherboards

The wide-body 3.5-inch. Two boards keep legacy machines alive with LPT, PS/2, SPDIF, six COM and 8-bit GPIO, while AMT on the management LAN and a DC 9–36V input fit vehicles and remote cabinets.

01 · Why 155 × 117 mm

The wide body for legacy machines.

The extra trace area carries the connectors a retrofit needs, without a mezzanine stack between the board and the cabinet wall.

01 Legacy I/O LPT · PS/2 LPT parallel, PS/2, SPDIF and 8-bit GPIO sit on both boards. Printers, scales and barcode systems connect without converters.
02 Serial 6× COM The TL500Z3AW splits six ports into 1× RS422/RS485, 3× RS485/RS232 and 2× RS232 for sensors, motors and the HMI.
03 Service AMT The management LAN on both models is an Intel i219 family controller with AMT, so power-cycle and console redirection work when the OS is down.
04 Power DC 9–36V Both boards take 9–36V. The TL500Z3AW can be ordered with a through-wall 5.08 mm Phoenix terminal instead of a DC jack.
