01 · Test flow

From incoming parts to outgoing pallet.

Six checkpoints cover the build lifecycle. Durations are set per model and per project spec. None of these stages is optional.

01 Incoming QC

Every delivery. Component date codes, packaging integrity and specification match against the approved BOM.

02 First article

Start of every build. The first unit is fully tested, every port exercised and BIOS defaults confirmed.

03 Functional test

Every unit. CPU and memory stress, display outputs, COM, LAN, USB, power rails, watchdog and GPIO.

04 Wide temp & voltage

Sample per model. The −20/+60°C operating window and 9–36V DC input, per the model test plan.

05 Burn-in

Every production batch. Aged under load on 24/7 cycles, so early-life failures surface in our plant.

06 Outgoing QC

100% of boards. Appearance, configuration against the order, packing and labeling checks.
