Display-first
Four panels from a 100 mm board
The AR200CA quotes 2× HDMI 2.1 4K plus 2× Type-C with DP 4K. Four simultaneous panels from a 100×100 mm board.
Industry route · Digital signage
A signage player pushes pixels to panels in a shopping center for months, unattended. The screen count decides the board; the memory ceiling decides the player class. Every model below quotes its display outputs on the datasheet.
What the screen wall asks for
A player is a display engine that happens to live behind a panel. Three requirements separate it from a desktop PC.
Display-first
The AR200CA quotes 2× HDMI 2.1 4K plus 2× Type-C with DP 4K. Four simultaneous panels from a 100×100 mm board.
Network
Dual 2.5G LAN on all three models keeps the content feed separate from the management path. A broken uplink cannot strand a screen wall.
Compute
Ryzen AI 9 365 on the HK800CA and Core Ultra Arrow Lake on the AR200CA render rich layers. The TL500CA covers standard playback fleets.
Recommended boards
Display counts, memory and LAN are quoted from the model datasheets. Nothing added.
Why: three 4K-capable outputs and Ryzen AI 9 365 for content engines with live data layers.
Why: four simultaneous 4K outputs and the largest memory ceiling in the NUC family per the datasheet.
Why: a cost-controlled dual-screen player with MiniPCIe for cellular content refresh at remote sites.
Install
The HK800CA and AR200CA add M.2 2280 NVMe for a local content cache; playback survives an uplink hiccup.

Count the panels first, then check the memory ceiling. Confirm revision and configuration before design freeze.
