Factory · Shenzhen, China
Six steps.
One roof.
SMT, reflow, assembly, functional test, burn-in and packing run in one Shenzhen building. The people who answer your RFQ are the people who make the board.
01 · The flow
How a board moves through the line.
Six fixed stages, one per unit, every board serialized. There is no step between solder paste and the shipping carton that is not accountable.
Line control pointsSMT
Solder paste printing and placement on automated lines. The first unit of each build is tested before the line continues.
Reflow
Temperature curves verified per batch against the paste and board specification.
Assembly
Through-hole parts, heatsinks, connectors and mechanicals fitted at ESD-protected stations.
Test
Model test plan: CPU, memory, displays, COM, LAN, USB, power rails and watchdog.
Burn-in
Batches aged under load on 24/7 cycles, so early-life failures surface in our plant.
Packing
Outgoing QC, ESD bag with desiccant, labels and batch documents for the carton.
02 · On the floor
Six stages, photographed where they happen.
Same Shenzhen hall, six rooms a board passes through, from solder paste to the ESD bag.
03 · Line control
What the line checks.
Equipment is described generically on purpose. The process is what we vouch for, not a brand name on a machine.

Recorded per batch, per serial
Each serial links to its build batch, test results and packing date. Batch and serial records follow the board from the reel to the pallet.

|---|---|---|
| Incoming stores | Component date codes, packaging integrity and BOM match | Every delivery |
| SMT | Paste print, placement and first-article functional test before the line continues | First unit of each build |
| Reflow | Profile verified against the paste and board specification | Curve per batch |
| Assembly | Through-hole parts, heatsinks, connectors and mechanicals at ESD stations | Serial label per board |

Ask for the batch record05 · Warehouse and dispatch
Stock, kitting and export packing under the same roof.
Reels and finished boards move from the line into an ESD-safe store, then into kitted, labelled export cartons. The dispatch desk works from the same batch record as the line.
Reels and finished boards are held in antistatic shelving next to the line, date-coded and rotated oldest first.
Model, accessories and paperwork are kitted per order before the carton is sealed.
Boards ship in ESD bags and foam, with the packing list and batch record matched to the invoice.

Specify your acceptance criteria in the RFQ. We build the test plan around them, from a single sample to a full production run.
